Hey ya’ll! My name is Arielle Garfield, yup the Little Mermaid mixed with the unforgettable cartoon cat; how’d I get so lucky, right!? Ha!

I’m a Creative Portrait Photographer based in Wesley Chapel, Florida. I specialize in bringing stories and visions to life through my photography.

If you’re looking for a photographer who goes above and beyond to make your photoshoot truly unique and memorable, and who will make you laugh the entire time, then you’ve come to the right place! Bonus points if you also love Disney, crime shows, and embarking on adventures. My friends affectionately call me Mama Mermaid, and yes, I’m willing to climb a tree or even stand on a massive rock in the ocean just to capture the perfect shot! I can’t promise that I won’t randomly break out into a song or dance either, so get ready!

Let me share a bit about my background. I was born in Miami, Florida, in the 90s and moved to Tampa in 2015. There, I met and fell head over heels in love with my best friend and soulmate, Jason. We got married in 2019 and have two beautiful children, our adorable pup, Shea, and we are transforming our dreams into reality, one moment at a time!

I consider myself a visual poet and an emotive portrait photographer as well; I have a passion for capturing genuine moments in time. I’ve had the incredible privilege of doing so for friends, family, magazines, fashion designers, aspiring and international models, and for all the beautiful families and clients I’ve had the pleasure of meeting over the years.

To me, photography is a way of expressing art and emotions in the present moment. As a little girl, I loved looking at old photographs of my parents. Later, I started using my own disposable camera to capture my own memories. I also enjoyed watching National Geographic and flipping through fashion magazines. During high school, I discovered my love for documentaries, and my creativity flourished. Just five years ago, I took a leap of faith and turned my passion into a full-time career. My story is still unfolding, and there’s so much more to discover in life.  I’m an open book and love sharing my story with others but for now, I’m ready to create more beautiful art, are you!? 

I believe everyone should be able to experience a photoshoot like no other, and that’s exactly what I offer; a one of a kind adventure which you absolutely deserve. My love for documenting your special moments is what fuels my soul and I love when clients have me come back time and time again for all the important milestones in their lives! Well, if you think you're awkward in front of the camera, then have no fear, because I am very much a clutz and just as awkward behind my camera so cheers to us already having something in common! WOO!

Music is healing and I never go to a session without it. I listen to a wide range of genres and during our "One-on-One Consultation", we will get to know each other more in which I will make sure to have your favorite go to songs ready for your session.

Whether your session calls for a moody woodsy vibe or a calm beach sunset, we will have a blast exploring nature's beauty all around us. 

Perhaps your vision calls for the studio, or in the comfort of your own home, we can make that happen!
